Balea Oil Repair in Morocco: a Routine for Damaged, Dry Hair
Balea Professional Oil Repair Intensiv set at 260 MAD: shampoo, conditioner, mask and oil. How to use each piece on dry, damaged hair, delivered in Morocco.

Straighteners, blow-dryers, colour, sun, hard water: in Morocco, hair lengths take a lot. You know the result: dry ends that snap, knots when combing, and dull hair despite the products.
For that profile, MYF now carries a complete set: the Balea Professional Oil Repair Intensiv, four products from the same range for 260 MAD. This guide covers what is inside, what the formula promises, and above all how to use each piece to build a proper dry-hair routine.
Balea, dm's own care brand
Balea is the house brand of dm-drogerie markt, the large German drugstore chain. It has existed since 1995 and is based in Karlsruhe. The Professional line is its most technical hair range, and Oil Repair Intensiv targets very damaged, dry and brittle hair. The set is made in Germany.
What is in the set
| Piece | Size | Role in the routine |
|---|---|---|
| Shampoo | 250 ml | Silicone-free wash |
| Conditioner | 200 ml | Detangles the lengths, silicone-free |
| Mask | 300 ml | Deep care, once or twice a week |
| Hair oil | 100 ml | Shine and heat protection up to 230 °C |
| Total | 850 ml | 260 MAD |
Per millilitre, the set works out at about 0.31 MAD per ml, for a full routine from washing to styling.
What the Oil Repair Intensiv formula does
The range rests on two things:
- A three-oil complex: argan, marula and babassu.
- Keratin, the protein hair fibre is made of.
According to the product page, the formula reduces breakage by up to 80%, makes combing easier and adds shine without weighing hair down. The shampoo and conditioner are silicone-free, which appeals to anyone avoiding that coated feel wash after wash. The oil protects from heat up to 230 °C: it is the piece not to skip if you use a straightener or curling iron.
Repair, in the cosmetic sense
No hair product glues a split end back together. What you can expect from a range like this is less breakage, easier detangling and softer, shinier hair. For badly damaged ends, a trim is still the best starting point.

Balea Professional Oil Repair Intensiv — 4-Piece Set
250 + 200 + 300 + 100 ml
The damaged-hair routine, step by step
1. Shampoo
Massage the shampoo into wet hair, focusing on the scalp, then rinse with lukewarm water. Very hot water dries the lengths out further: a simple habit that matters on dry hair.
2. Conditioner (on non-mask days)
Apply it to the lengths, leave it briefly, then rinse. This is the detangling step: run a wide-tooth comb through now, while the hair still slips.
3. Mask (once or twice a week)
The mask replaces the conditioner once or twice a week. After shampooing, apply it to lengths and ends, leave for 2 to 5 minutes, then rinse. At 300 ml, it is the largest piece in the set.
4. Hair oil
A few drops are enough, on lengths and ends, on towel-dried or dry hair:
- on towel-dried hair, before blow-drying or straightening, for heat protection up to 230 °C;
- on dry hair, as a finishing touch, to tame the ends and add shine.
Start with two or three drops, especially on fine hair: you can always add more.
The weekly plan
For two or three washes a week: shampoo + conditioner each time, except once or twice when the mask takes the conditioner's place. The oil goes on every time you blow-dry or heat-style.
Who is this set for?
It is for you if:
- your lengths are dry, brittle or hard to detangle;
- you often use a straightener, curling iron or blow-dryer;
- you want a complete routine from one range rather than four mismatched products;
- you prefer a silicone-free shampoo and conditioner.
It does not fix:
- dandruff or an itchy scalp: that is a medicated shampoo's job, like those in our anti-dandruff guide;
- hair loss or an irritated scalp: in that case, see a dermatologist.
Balea or the Shiseido Fino mask?
The shelf already has one product for damaged hair, Shiseido's Fino Premium Touch mask (230 g, 270 MAD). They do not play the same role:
| Balea Oil Repair Intensiv | Fino Premium Touch mask | |
|---|---|---|
| Format | 4-piece set, 850 ml | One mask, 230 g |
| What it covers | Washing, detangling, deep care, styling | Deep care for the lengths |
| Key ingredients | Argan, marula, babassu, keratin | Royal jelly EX, squalane, trehalose, PCA |
| Price | 260 MAD | 270 MAD |
If you are starting from scratch, the Balea set covers the whole routine. If you already have a shampoo and only want a mask, Fino is the targeted option. Nothing stops you alternating the two masks week to week.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the mask at every wash? The directions have the mask once or twice a week, instead of the conditioner. The other washes use the conditioner.
Does the oil go on wet or dry hair? Both: on towel-dried hair before styling, or on dry hair as a finish. Always on lengths and ends, a few drops at a time.
Does the shampoo contain silicones? No, the shampoo and conditioner are silicone-free according to the product page.
Are the products genuine? Yes. Like everything in the MYF catalog, this set is 100% original, delivered across Morocco with cash on delivery.
